Refund policy

We want you to love your GoldenCo.Golf gear. if something's not quite right, we're here to help.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Product must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. 

Non-Returnable items include final sale, gift cards, and any item marked non-returnable at purchase.

To initiate a return: please email us at golden.golf@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Shipping: customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages & Defective Orders: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method in 5-10 business days.
